We will only use personal information provided to us for the purpose of contacting you for requests for accommodation, future accommodation offers and real estate sales by our associated office. When collecting information from you or if you are receiving direct marketing material from STB and no longer wish to, send us written notification or email to ensure that we remove your personal information from our database. Monitoring of inappropriate usage of emailUnder STB Email and Internet Usage Policy, STB uses scanning software to scan email for content that may be in the breach of the email policy. If you send content of this nature to an employee of STB via email, depending on the nature of the content, it will be dealt with in accordance with STBs Email and Internet Usage Policy. information submitted may be stored inside databases accessible by employees who
have a need to know such information. Access and correctionSTB will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we collect, hold and use is accurate and up to date. STB may impose a moderate charge to cover the cost of providing the personal information.
